  Absolutely atrocious "service". I am over one hundred kilometres away and as my daughter was in town I wanted to organise for her to collect something for me.I rang TWENTY FOUR times letting it ring out at 1 mintue 30 seconds each time. It was not until I rang my daughter and sent her in to tell them to answer their phone that they finally picked it up!

  I know that everyone has different opinions of Telstra some good some bad but I wanted everyone to know that the port lincoln store still has that country feeling. Where staff care and will do everything in their power to keep us customers happy. Recently I needed a new phone and iPad, and Martha and Holly were so helpful in going through plans that would suit me and a number of options for me to choose from. I am so happy that i went with Telstra anyway but what I do like is the customer service and help post purchase. I have even had to go back in to get shown how things work on these fancy new phones, and after a chuckle they can't wait to fix it for me. So if you are in need of any phone products don't go anywhere else till you have seen the girls at Telstra,(next door to Kmart)

  Then he casually says "oh sorry... there are only two of us here and we are busy" . So I say "don't you think you could have picked up the phone and said I'll be with you soon or to call back later"?
