  Used Penna for our extension. Charged for plans we never used. None of the windows matched. Forgot to put a kitchenette in the schedule which cost us money. Badly laid out bedroom meant a window had to be moved again at our cost. Door opening into a shower recess so potential water damage, our cost again. Laundry counter top too low for a standard washing machine. Wall supports inadequate, list goes on. All the above are facts so approached penna for a reasonable refund to cover his errors, this refund was approx 1/3rd of the full cost we paid him (remember we paid for plans/ideas we never used). After 18 months he offered us 1/10th of what we were asking for. An insult so I refused to take the money. Will not use again nor will i recommend him.
